Scores are editorial judgments on a 1–10 scale. They are not crowd averages and cannot be bought.
Launch rules: Editorial reviews only (named reviewers). No public star ratings yet — the public can suggest spots and tips only. Reviews are never paid. Ads (if any) are separate and must not touch scores or rankings. Free meals or gifts are disclosed. Best-of lists are 100% editorial.

Best-of lists
Overall ranks by overall score. Jhol emphasises sauce among jhol specialists. Pan-fried emphasises food among pan-fried specialists. Value ranks by the value score. Vegetarian ranks spots that offer veg momo by overall.
Draft listings use placeholder numbers so the site can ship an IA before real visits. Treat anything marked Draft as non-published.
